We’re passionate about people ❤️ Coffee brings people together in a way we can’t resist, and we’re so excited to bring people together all across the metroplex with Assemble Coffee! In 2020 we began dreaming of what a coffee shop would look like. Through covid and years of planning and research we pivoted to opening a coffee trailer. In just a few short months of operating, we were given the opportunity to open a location inside Texican Court Hotel in Las Colinas.
